1. Upload Source Images and Target Image or Video: Begin by uploading the images or video you want to work with. The source images will be the faces you wish to swap, while the target image or video is where those faces will be placed.
2. Choose Target Faces for Swapping: If you wish to change multiple faces, use the "Specify face selection for swapping" box. You’ll find options like: First found, All input faces, All female, All male, All faces, Selected face. If you opt for "Selected face," ensure you click "Face Swap Frames" and "Use Face from this Frame" to choose a target face. Then, click "Use Selected Face" and "Done" to confirm. This will swap only the selected face.
3. Select Post-Processing: For enhanced results, select a post-processing option. It’s recommended to choose "GFPGAN" for better quality in the final output.
4. Upscale Your Images: If you want to enhance the resolution, select your desired upscale pixel size in the "Subsample Upscale to" box.
5. Preview and Start the Process: Click "Refresh" to preview the changes. If everything looks good, hit "Start" to generate the final image and download it.
6. Upload Source Images into Face Management: Upload a variety of pictures of the source person you want to swap faces with. It's beneficial to include images from different angles and expressions for better results.
7. Create and Download Faceset File: Click "Create/Update Faceset File" to generate a file. Once created, download this file from the "Faceset" box.
8. Use the Faceset for Improved Swapping: Return to the "Face Swap" section and upload the faceset file into the source box. Then click "Start" to achieve a more refined face swapping result.
