This workflow represents the forefront of open-source video generation. It allows you to take a driving video (motion source) and a reference image (character source), and generate a completely new high-quality video where your character performs the motions from the source video.
Unlike simple video filters, this uses the WanVideo 14B model accelerated by Uni3C ControlNet and SCAIL (Subject Consistent Animation) adapters to ensure the character's identity is preserved while accurately following complex movements (fighting, dancing, running).
đ„ Key Features:
- WanVideo 14B Architecture: Utilizes the Wan21-14B-SCAIL model for cinema-grade generation quality, far surpassing standard animatediff workflows.
- SCAIL Adapters: Includes specific nodes for Pose Embeds and Reference Embeds. This dual-injection system ensures the motion is fluid and the character looks exactly like your uploaded image.
- Uni3C ControlNet: Uses the specialized Wan21_Uni3C_controlnet to guide the diffusion process, keeping the video stable and coherent over long durations.
- Advanced Pose Extraction: Built-in VitPose, DWPose, and NLF (Neural Latent Fields) processors automatically extract skeleton and mesh data from your input video to drive the animation.
- Long Context Support: Configured to generate 81 frames in a single pass, creating smooth, 5-second+ animations (at 16fps).
