This is the implementation into MimicPC of the latest lipsync, facial expression model avalaible: Fantasy Portrait.
It only takes a driving video (the video of anyone speaking ) and the image of the person you want to talk.
And Boom, the picture will speak with the exact lip motions and facial expressions as the driving video.
