This workflow uses Flux Klein 9b FP8 to swap faces using a simple prompt. This is the best faceswap solution using a local model. The workflow can easily be used as a normal image editing with multi input or a text to image workflow. on 24gb vram images are generated in a minute, and faster with the 48gb vram option.
How to use :
Put the target image in the first image uploader, put your face in the second, run workflow, get the output. for better quality use a close up picture showing the target entire head. You can also put a third body picture which might help in some cases.
As far as tested, the output, might seem slightly plastic, you can play around with the sampler, cfg, and steps.
You need to use low CFG and low steps as the model is a fast generation model.
For better precision, you might need to add elements to the prompt, such as the hair length, style, eyes colors, facial expression or clothes.
