Step-by-Step Technical Support Guide

Having Issues with Your AI Application on MimicPC? Follow These Steps for Quick Support:

1. Access Your Application

  • Go to your dashboard
  • Find the application you're having issues with
  • Click the application box (it will highlight in blue)

2. Authorize Technical Access

  • Click the "Authorize" button
  • This gives our technical team permission to access your application and storage for troubleshooting
  • Note: This is necessary for our team to investigate and resolve your issues effectively

3. Connect with Support via Discord

  • You'll see a notice: "We're authorized to run this app as per your consent. Please create a ticket on Discord with your App ID and issue details. We'll handle it ASAP"
  • Click the Discord icon

  • In Discord:
    • Click "Create ticket"
    • Submit your email
    • Describe your issue in detail

4. Monitor Status

  • "Authorizing" - Support team has received your request. You can continue using the application during this status, but your session may be interrupted when support begins their work.

  • "Ops In Progress" - Support team is actively working on your issue. Application access will be temporarily restricted with the message: "The application is currently under Ops. Please try again later or cancel the Ops request."

5. Cancellation Option

  • You can cancel the authorization at any time
  • Simply click "Cancel authorize" if you need to regain immediate access
  • This will end the technical support session

6. Resolution

  • Our technical team will investigate and resolve your issue
  • We'll keep you updated through your Discord ticket channel
  • Once resolved, we'll notify you in Discord that your application is ready to use

Important Notes

  • During authorization, your application will be temporarily unavailable
  • No charges will be applied during the maintenance period
  • Keep an eye on your Discord ticket for updates and communication from our team
  • Make sure to provide clear details about your issue for faster resolution

Remember: The more information you provide in your Discord ticket, the better we can assist you in resolving your issues quickly and effectively.
